HereGo ("HereGo", "we", "us") provides an API and browser-based video recording service that allows applications to request video recordings from their users.

Submitted videos are private and are not publicly browsable.
Access to view an uploaded video is controlled using an access token provided only to the original requestor.
You should treat access tokens and video URLs as confidential and should not share them with unintended recipients.
Recording request links expire 48 hours after they are created.
Uploaded videos are automatically deleted 30 days after upload.
If you need to retain a video for longer, you should retrieve or process it before the 30-day retention period expires.
HereGo currently allows free anonymous API usage without requiring an API key, account or payment.
Anonymous API usage is heavily rate limited to prevent abuse and maintain service availability.
API key management and paid API access may be introduced in the future.
HereGo may use third-party infrastructure and service providers to operate the platform, such as hosting, storage, networking, analytics and monitoring providers.
These providers may process information on our behalf as necessary to provide the service.
Please do not submit sensitive, unlawful or confidential information through HereGo unless you have the appropriate rights and permissions to do so.
If you are using HereGo to collect videos from other people, you are responsible for providing any notices or obtaining any permissions required by applicable law.
