By using HereGo ("HereGo", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
HereGo provides an API and browser-based service for creating video recording requests and collecting submitted videos.
You may use HereGo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for any content you request, upload or submit through HereGo and must have the necessary rights and permissions to do so.
You must not use HereGo to upload or distribute unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing content.
Recording request links expire 48 hours after they are created.
Once a request has expired, it can no longer be used to submit a recording. A new request must be created if another recording is required.
Uploaded videos are retained for 30 days after upload and are then automatically deleted.
You are responsible for retrieving or processing any video you need before it is deleted.
Submitted videos are private and are not intended to be publicly accessible.
Access to view an uploaded video is controlled using an access token provided to the original requestor.
You are responsible for keeping access tokens and video URLs secure and must not intentionally share them with unauthorised parties.
HereGo currently supports free anonymous API usage without requiring an API key, account, signup or payment.
Anonymous usage is heavily rate limited. We may restrict or suspend access where we detect excessive, abusive or automated usage that negatively affects the service.
API keys, higher usage limits and paid plans may be introduced in the future.
If you use HereGo to request videos from other people, you are responsible for:
HereGo is provided on an evolving, best-effort basis.
We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
You retain ownership of content you submit through HereGo.
You grant HereGo the limited rights necessary to store, process, transmit and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
HereGo and its software, branding and website remain the property of HereGo or its licensors.
To the extent permitted by law, HereGo is provided without warranties of any kind.
You use the service at your own risk.
To the extent permitted by law, HereGo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
Your continued use of HereGo after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
